Opis
Tavern Mod (NOW v0.7) by CESky and Wolfgar7474
(Mod version for 0.6.4 included in the Mod as .zip)
A set of unique characters to fill your Tavern with (still)life.

This Mod is a teamwork creation of Wolfgar and me, with full custom textures, poses and a unique traditional song.
We tried to balance this mod into the game and use Ingots to replace coin, since a Tavern business must have been a costly business in medieval times.

IMPORTANT: For users of the Trading Post Mod: You will need Gold flakes instead of a gold bar for the Bard.

You can craft the following characters and items:

Tavern Keeper:
Hire this Character at the Workbench for 3 Gold Ingots to “build” all other characters and unique items of the Mod. “CivilianFurniture2” needed to unlock.
- All characters from this mod can be crafted via the Tavern Keeper who acts as a crafting station.

The Bard:
Interact (F) with the Lute to hear her sing and play a Celtic Traditional Song:
“She moved through the fair”.

The song is about a man who lost his wife before their wedding. She visits him as a ghost, to tell him that they will be wed soon, indicating that his death is near.

*****************************************************************************
This song is performed by the wonderful artists and friends:
Valerie McCleary (voice) and Wolfgang Lohmeier (guitar) .

Valerie McCleary - „she moved through the fair" (celtic traditional)
From the Album: "Ruby’s Daughter (McTwo)"
Guitar: Wolfgang Lohmeier
Lyrics: based on the celtic traditional “she moved through the fair”

Full non-exclusive permission granted for the use of the song in this mod.
*****************************************************************************

House Girl:
A Lady of Entertainment

Tavern Wench:
She’s seen it all. - with visual inventory for your food items (VISUAL INVENTORY CURRENTLY BROKEN).

Drunkard:
A tough man drinking way his sorrows.

Passed out Man:
An old man passed out drunk on a bench.

The Bar:
A food crafting table (bonfire) with the looks of a bar.

Barstool, Mug and Jug:
Some decorative items to fill the tables.

Have Fun with this Mod, comment and rate. We are looking forward to your feedback.
If you like the song, please endorse Valerie and her awesome work via the given link.

Thank you Wolfgar for this longterm awesome Teamwork!
Thank you Valerie and Wolfgang for allowing me to use the music and arranging it especially for this character.

How/where do we craft the tavern bar?

Thanks Haggis, sadly the abrupt "end of development" for this game really took away the fun and interest to further care for the game for me.

Hi Sills, since Wolfgar and I cooperated on this Mod, the two of us used different models for the mugs/cups. I will look into it for a future update 😉

One thing that I noticed is that while you can make mugs, All the drinkers have cups. It may be better if they all had mugs or cups but not both.

Thanks for telling me about the gold flakes, I found that issue earlier. I ended up uninstalling the trading mod to get it to work. But reinstalled it latter. But will keep that in mind. :)

Anyways tested it out and it looks great.
I could think of a whole lot of ideas like.

Adding different NPC's
Small movements from NPC's
Sounds coming from NPC's, talking, laughing.
Benches that don't have a sleeping drunk. Drunk is great but would like to have a bench.

I could go on but I'm sure you may have heard these ideas before. Once again, thanks for the mod. :)

Hi Sillls, you are welcome. Let me know, if there are any issues. BTW Goldflakes should also pay for the Bard, if you are using the Trading mod.
