Find The Tax Collector

I'm putting this guide up because I couldn't find anything that specifically marked the spot of the Tax Collector. I hope I can make someone else's search less annoying. The MSWE suite of mods are awesome, but the increased foliage made it so difficult to find this guy.

Can you see him in this mess?

He's in there somewhere. I ran around for hours trying to find this guy in the grass.

Here's where you find him.

After looking online for a good while for an image that would pinpoint where this guy is, I gave up and combed the landscape using vague directions of "go left from town and follow the coast".

As soon as I finally found him, I set out to make it easier to others to find it.

Look at the red box in the map that I marked. He's right there.

It's such a PITA, but totally worth it in the end. Set apart a few hours just on doing this.
