This is a tip for anyone in the future who might have trouble getting any collectible trophy/achievement. I collected everything in my first playthrough in coop mode with a friend, and the legends glitched out and did not pop the trophy after getting everything; knowing the status of the server, it did not come as a surprise that it was THE INTERNET CONNECTION the problem. I created in new save from 0 ( do not delete the one you finish). Go to the map's first area (ITACUA) when you are presented with your character. Go to your PC/XBOX/PS settings without leaving the game and disconnect the internet. ( you may or may not get disconnected from the lobby, if yes, relaunch the game again in offline mode, DO NOT CONNECT TO THE INTERNET) Then go collect whatever collectible you need, and BAM, achievement/trophy in your hands.
