All Achievments & Ties sorted by Chapter.

Tried to outline the easiest order to get the achievements, if you have better suggestions feel free to tell me.
If you don't get an achievement/tie in the 1st playthrough you can always restart the chapter in 'free game'-mode to get the ones you missed.

Achievements

Be the Controller -> Just connect a controller and it should unlock.
Dadliest Wardrobe -> Find all 39 ties.
Number 1 Dad -> Finish the game without dying. (You can't do this in the same run as the achievement 'Trim your Mustache' or 'Number 100 Dad')
Number 100 Dad -> Die 100 times in the same playthrough. (You can get this one fast at the start of the 'Hot Concessions'-Chapter where the Chef chases you, as you automatically respawn into the chase)
Au Naturel -> Not missable Story-Achievement.
World's Best Dad -> Not missable Story-Achievement.

Chapters

Chapter 1: Wedding Bells

Tie 1 -> You will get this automatically while playing.
Tie 2 -> Below the weddingcake near the dressing room.
Domino Dynamo -> Make one row of vases fall down domino style.
Tie 3 -> On top of the organ beside the altar.
Best man -> There's a fish between the benches on the right side, place him on top of the altar before giving her the ring (he'll jump down if you take too long)
Trickshot-gun wedding -> Throw the ring from a distance onto her finger.

Chapter 2: Home, Sweet Home

Tie 4 -> In the lower left drawer of the dresser with the alarm clock.
Prevent Kitchen Fire -> Before going to the backyard just take the burning log from the fireplace in the kitchen and dunk it into the sink with water.
Secret Gardener -> You will need to plug the 6 weeds from the flower bed without harming/stepping on the flowers.
Tie 5 -> In the garden, below the gnome in the corner of the flower bed.
Tie 6 -> On top of the garden shed next to the flower bed.
Trim your Mustache -> Throw the birdhouse onto the hook while standing below it.

Chapter 3: Gerveson’s Grocery

Secret Shopper -> Before going to the middle aisle, go to the left one and use the freezer to climb the shelf and grab the cereal before the woman puts it in her cart.
Tie 7 -> Below one of the bananas.
Tie 8 -> Behind the meat counter, there's a saw and 3 meat cubes, throw those into the saw to free the tie.
Tie 9 -> On top of the vent. You'll need to climb onto the meat counter, over the cheese/milk fridge till you get to the corner where you can climb onto the vent.
Person-al Shopper -> Put an item in each persons cart.
Unacceptable Purchase! -> Get a lemon and place it on the scanning of the self-checkout.

Chapter 4: Aquatic Fun Center

No Cutsies -> Wait in line to redeem your ticket.
Tie 10 -> Climb onto the ticket counter using the stairs on the right side, then climb onto the wall on the left side and follow it till the end where you see the tie.
For Chapter 4b - Secret level: Right before passing the turnstile go into the Mens washroom and flush yourself down the middle toilet.
Tie 11 -> On the lower level after the turnstile there's a vending machine with the tie in it.
Use the door with the 'World of Kelp'-Plate for Chapter 4c: World of Kelp
Use the door with the 'Deep Sea'-Plate for Chapter 4d: The Deep Sea
Use the door with the 'Amazon Arcade'-Plate for Chapter 4e: Amazon Arcade
Tie 12 -> After finishing all 3 sections, the 'Employees Only'-Door is now open, follow it up the stairs and you'll find the tie in the 4th locker on the left.

Chapter 4b - Secret Level: Toilet and Trouble

Tie 13-15 -> Just work your way through the level, you'll find all 3 ties at the exit.
Note: In some cases you might lose your ticket when doing this level - Just go back to the ticket counter to get a new one.

Chapter 4c: World of Kelp

Around the World in Several Seconds -> Play the globe game at the beginning and finish it in under 30 seconds.
Tie 16 -> After powering the sun wheel, climb on top of it and grab the tie.
Tie 17 -> When getting to the otter section, the tie is on the middle cardboard stand-up on the right side.
The Hero they Deserve -> When grabbing the otters hand defend the kelp from the urchins saving at least 15.
Head Otter -> After the Kelp minigame, take the otters head and wear it.
Tie 18 -> Right when you start climbing the tower, between the 2 bridges, you'll find the tie on the wall behind the green things.

Chapter 4d: The Deep Sea

Tie 19 -> Right in the beginning on the left side of the entrance, you might want to turn the light there to see it better.
Dancing in the Dark -> Finish the dance floor minigame without missing a step.
Secrets of the Deep -> Make your way through the dark till you see the escalator with the biologist beside it, before going to the escalator you'll find a plate with 'Artic Comb Jellyfish' in the corner on the left. Light the tank on its right side to unlock the achievement.
Tie 20 -> In the room where you plug in the power cord, in the middle crate on the left side.
Tie 21 -> After lighting up the giant snugglefish, climb it to find the tie on top of it's head.
Stairs with Attitude -> At the end you will find 2 pairs of stairs which you'll need to climb and change both directions in under 30 seconds.

Chapter 4e: Amazon Arcade

Tie 22 -> In the Caiman Jaw Claw machine.
Tie 23 -> On top to the Fish Toss game.
Amazonian Antagonist -> Cheat at: Caiman Jaw Claw, Fish Toss, Fruit Blaster, Dolphin Dunks and Amazon Air Hockey
Tie 24 -> Complete all games to get the tie with the last prize.
Dunk Tank -> Grab a basketball and close the leak with it.

Chapter 5: Sea Legs

Band of Blubbers -> Throw 5 fish into the Sea. (Sometimes it doesn't count every fish, just keep throwing them in maybe from a little distance)
Tie 25 -> After getting the worker outfit, you can get the tie from the lower fish crate in the middle.
Oh Captain, my captain -> Walk to 5 people in Captains outfit.
Tie 26 -> After starting the boat, move the crane to destroy the boxes on the left so you can get below the stairs, there you'll find the tie.
Tie 27 -> Climb onto the crane you just moved to find the 3rd Tie in this Chapter.
Cod of Duty -> After meeting Scarlet and talking to the Chef. When she calls him, take a fish, sneak up to the Chef and hit him from behind with the fish.

Chapter 6: Silent But Dadly

Tie 28 -> After sneaking into the washroom, before entering the airvent: Go into the middle stall and fish the tie out of the toilet using the plug on the ground.
Silent but Dadly -> Before sounding the alarm, climb into the vent above the fridge and sneak into the stall next to the scientist without falling on top of him and exit the bathroom.
Tie 29 -> Still in the bathroom with the scientist, on top of the stall right next to the entrance door. (You can see its shadow on the ground)
Poor Workplace Ettique -> Go back into the break room in which you climbed onto the fridge, make a mess and destroy as much as possible until it unlocks. (Don't forget to destroy the microwave by putting something in it and closing the door)
Everybody Loves Joe -> Wear the Shark outfit and go talk to everyone. Make sure everyone looks at you so it counts and don't forget to visit the group in the break room. (You can't do this in the same run as the achievement 'Stay True to Yourself')
Stay True to Yourself -> Don't wear the shark outfit or any other outfit in this level. (You can't do this in the same run as the achievement 'Everybody Loves Joe')
Tie 30 -> After the turnstile, in front of the tank in the box on the cart between the scientists.

Chapter 7: Hot Concessions

Tie 31 -> When being thrown onto the upper level, walk towards the camera first and find the tie on the left side in the corner.
Tie 32 -> After activating the sprinkler, jump down and find the tie on the outer side of a pillar.
Tie 33 -> Near the pillar with the tie there's a table with the last tie on top of it.
Independant Woman -> Hide behind the fountains so when Scarlet throws the fish at you they land on top of the statue.

Shorts DLC - Chapters

Shorts - Chapter 1: Dad Romance

Tie 34 -> Behind the fume hood in the kitchen.
Tie 35 -> In the pot with the sauce after washing your face and stirring the sauce.
Tie 36 -> Stuck to the foot of the middle Table where the blond woman is sitting.

Shorts - Chapter 2: Medical Mess

Tie 37 -> At the beginning when looking for the documents: In the lowest right drawer where the limes are.
Tie 38 -> In the preparation room, in the far right cabinet where the paperrolls are. Take those out and reach for the tie. (You can't see it so just try to grab it)
Tie 39 -> Take an X-Ray of yourself in the OR and a tie will come out together with the picture.

Small tip: Chapter 6; Poor Workplace Ettique.
To complete this, you can just burn 3 pieces of food; one in the microwave, one on the stove, and one on the little grill. I smashed the whole room but nothing worked until I burned food on each one.

Not sure, think you can't get Number 1 Dad in free mode but can't be sure about Number 100 Dad as it's just something like 'die 100 times'. If you have the 'Hot Concessions'-Chapter unlocked it's easy to find out as you automatically die and respawn if you don't do anything.

In the description for tie 21, you wrote "ist" and not "It's"

im not trying to update the guide, but i just wanted to tell a fun fact about "Cod of Duty", when you slap Chef with the fish he says "CURSE YOU OCTOPUS!!!!" or something like that
