Play as Portugal. Portugal is located on the Iberian Pensula in southwestern Europe. It is one of the oldest European nation-states. It is also one of the first countries in the world to decriminalize illicit drugs. Portugal is a developed country with an advanced economy and developed market but it is plagued by a high debt and a budget with a big deficit.
