Cracked Rune

Descripción
Based on all of the on-damage-effect trinkets the cracked rune has a 5% chance to activate a random rune effect every time Isaac takes damage

The sprite is a little bit ugly so I might change it in the future but ultimately it's alright.

You are right, Trapdoors will remain closen until Isaac moves from them (so no instant fall) and until room is cleared

+CaptN LVII As far as I'm aware it will use all of the runes except the blank rune.

+mattstat716 It is coded to use Ehwaz but I've not actually seen it chosen. And besides it spawns a trapdoor, not just send you to the next floor, and whilst I'm not sure, I have a feeling trapdoors stay closed until the room is cleared.

I hope it doesn't use the trapdoor one that sends you down a floor. That'd just be terrible; in the middle of a fight and WHOOPS it procked! :/
