Hello Charlotte: Delirium

A simple little guide to HC Delirium. This game is best played after finishing Episode 2. It's technically a spin-off, set in an alternative universe to the rest of the game. Download it here: https://etherane.itch.io/hello-charlotte-delirium

The House

Hello, world!


Time to feed your magcat.

-Walk to kitchen.

-Go to the fridge and get cockroaches.

-Place the cockroaches into magcat's food bowl in upper right corner of kitchen.

-Go to TV room and attempt to turn the dial on the multi-color TV (the one where she says "sigh...it won't let me in.")

-After that, head back to Charlotte's room to get the Scissors under her bed.

-Go to the Hallway, and first check the door to the right. Someone is inside the house, and Charlotte refuses to go out.

-Enter through the door on the left.

-Enter the REDRUM (the Red Door) which is now open.



Note: If you try to enter before checking the door to the Outside in the Hallway first, Charlotte will simply say "Huxley forbid me to go in there.")

Another Note: entering the door directly to the right of the REDRUM door at this point will result in an immediate Game Over (Bad End: You're Not One of Us)

-Explore the room, peek inside all the drawers (including the single drawer to the left of the Pythia Cage, in order to get the key to the Storage Room).

Note: If you choose to inspect the cage full of drugged-up Pythias, Huxley will enter and prevent you from leaving, eventually resulting in a Game Over. (Bad End: No one Leaves the REDRUM)

-Now you can go unlock the Storage Door

-Be careful, you are on a timer in a room full of poison gas! It's Game Over if you run out of time. Use Shift to sprint.

-Head straight to the single locker in the uppermost portion of the room in order to get the Locker Key. Ignore everything else or you won't make it in time.

-Go back to the ??? room and check the locker shown below to get the Hazmat Suit.


-Put on the suit by selecting it from the menu

-Go back through the Hallway and enter the door to the right of the Red door.

-Ignore the workers and head through the Purple Door OR speak with some of the workers if you wish.
Note: Speaking with one worker in particular will result in a Game Over. They will ask if they have seen you around before. Choose "Keep Quiet" to stay alive or "Talk" if you want to die.

-Make your way up through the room and meet up with Anri. She will join you.

-Once back in the Hall, go to the Incineration Room and check the Incinerator to get a Syringe.

-Go the TV Room to find and capture an all-too-familiar Intruder

-Head to the Morgue, where you will find Felix and Bennett. "Fun" ensues.

World of Meat & Machinery

-In the new area, stick to the left side and keep heading downward. There will be an entrance on the left. In this room, go speak to the circular object named Osiris. He will join you. Before leaving, connect Osiris to the Charger (located on the wall between the two bookcases)

- Make your way through the maze-like room and gather five dead bodies. Potential victims are scattered, running around. (Just interact with anyone you see, you will automatically kill them)

-After having killed five, head all the way up to the area you started in and interact with the hole in the ground. Now interact with the white door to go through.

-The room will be dark. The central door is locked, as well as the door on the right. Head to the left door and interact with the pad on the wall in the corner. Osiris will offer to open one door at a time:

Right Door: There's something bad hidden behind this door, but it won't be avoided completely. If you chose to open this door first, get ready to run back to the room to the left to open the Central Door instead. (If it catches you, it's Game Over)

Central Door: You will still need to avoid something even if you chose to open this door first. Please don't forget to run using Shift. You will probably die. A lot. Run upward, to the elevator!

Note: DON'T FORGET TO PRESS THE BUTTONS directly beside elevator before trying to ENTER the elevator!

Note: The creature doesn't seem to be able to "kill" you unless Charlotte is directly facing it.

Welcome to the Meat Room. You will see a pile of rubble with a small passage hidden there but won't be able to move it yet.

-Head upward.

-There is an opening to the left, which features a hole in the wall dripping blood.

-The opening to the right features a device which requires a key.

-Inspect the central opening, covered in tendrils. You won't be able to pry them apart by hand.

-Go back to the room on the left, the hole in the wall. Stick your hand inside to acquire the key.

-Use the key on the device. It requires some metal to work properly.

-Head back to the pile of rubble and pick some up.

-Now when you interact with the device again, Osiris will offer to make you a tool. Choose either Chainsaw or Crowbar (or Sandwich, if you're just feeling hungry at the time.)

-Pry open the tendrils with your tool of choice and enter the room, filled with humanoid specimens.

-Interact with a few. Then choose a lucky recipient of your wrath by breaking open a container and acquire a Test Subject!

-Bring it back to the device room and Osiris will go to the field. Interact with the device and voilà! Osiris has a new meat suit.

-Go back to the pile of rubble, which Osiris will take care of. Enter the room.

-There are enemies all around. It's a good idea to run.

Eventually you will see elevator doors. Enter, and enjoy the ending~

Is it just me or the save system doesn't work ? Am I supposed to redo all the game at each death :/ ?
