"I saved the game and replayed the same scene, but it was kinda different... The screen was shaking with a blood filter and blood pumping sound effects + a poster of Sayori in the background. Then, the screen turned black and after about 5 seconds everything was back to normal."

It's not fue to you saving the game and coming back, it's just a random easter egg that could happen at any moment during that precise day. Thi easter egg happening after you listened to Monika's advice is just a coincidence. Pretty creepy.
