TL;DR
-More Magicka
-Shout CD Reduction.
-Same enchants for both Heavy and Light Mask

This was a quick mod I whipped up. Please send me any bugs you find.

I was generally unsatisfied that the First Dragonborn didn't have any shout reduction on his gear. Not to mention that the mask was just 70 Magicka which I can get from any helm or circlet with an additional enchantment. So I upped the amount of Magicka it grants and gave it 20% Shout Cooldown Reduction. Partially due to laziness and partially due to the fact that I only have the mask on a Heavy Armor character, the mask grants the same bonuses to both.

Attempted a mod involving the robes. Was a nope. I'll get back to that another time.
The issue was that the Shout reduction time would be MULTIPLIED. Which is fine. If you want negative shout time. Nah, This is just fine.

I have a problem, before I installed this mod, I had the mask. And after I installed the mod, the mask still has the original stats, can I have some help please?

So this replaces the highest version of vanilla mask you can get, sweet.

I kinda wish I had a cookie for evey time someone asked "Where is this?" I almost want to insult them all, but gosh darn it that would be too easy. So in that spirit, I sure hope you dont look to hard!
