What about a green grocer with all kinds of fruits and vegetables + evil vegetables as monsters

How about a casino. There could be several game tables, that let you bet an item for a chance to get it's monetary value, or a chance to get multiples of the item. Of course there would also be the chance that you would lose the item, money etc.
