Fantastic Farms and where to find/fill them.

Since I was not able to find Heartwind Vale farm till very late game (despite it being the most beautifull one), I decided to make this guide for ppl with geographical cretinism, like me.

Farm locations

Grassland Farm	The first and unmissable one, you'd get quest to rebuild it from Fairmount pretty soon at the beginning of the game.
Heartwind Valley Farm	Most beautiful one and pretty hard to get to since it's high on plateau with half of it accessible through the cave.
Sunderwind Wilds Farm	Easy access from Dapplewood, Sunderwind and Numino
Dapplewood Forest Farm	Both Dapplewood and Crestfall critters will most likely end up being kept here.
The Shivering Plains farm	Place for your Numino animals too.
Radianе Sands Farm	Won't get there till you advance with storyline pretty far, also you'd probably keep only Fenicorns here.

Grass Fox

Location: The Grasslands
Likes: Fodder
Produce: Clay
Size: Small
Active: Spring, Summer, Autumn

You can find them almost everywhere in The Grasslands and most importantly just a step away from your farm

Burrow Fox

Location: Sunderwind Wilds
Likes: Fodder
Produce: Stone
Size: Small
Active: Spring, Summer, Autumn, Winter

Those are weird, despite them being inhabitants of Sunderwind, they spawned only here
before I adopted one. After that - they started to appear even in farms vicinity.

Frost Fox

Location: The Shivering Plains
Likes: Fodder
Produce: Water
Size: Small
Active: Spring, Autumn, Winter

They are everywhere near your Shivering farm, except for south, where Numino is.

Gloss Fox

Location: Crestfall Coast
Likes: Fodder
Produce: Oil
Size: Small
Active: Spring, Summer, Autumn

Can be found anywhere in Crestfall, closest to Dapplewood farm would be to south-east.

Jungle Fox

Location: Dapplewood Forest
Likes: Fodder
Produce: Vine
Size: Small
Active: Spring, Summer, Autumn, Winter

Live all across the Dapplewood, you can see them from the farm to the north.

Silk Fox

Location: Heartwind Vale
Likes: Fodder
Produce: Silk
Size: Small
Active: Spring, Autumn, Winter


Some are actually a step away from Heartwind farm on same side of plateau.

Soot Fox

Location: Numino Peak
Likes: Fodder
Produce: Coal
Size: Small
Active: Spring, Summer, Autumn


You can just go south-west from your Shivering farm, to the mountains, they are pretty close-by

Groffle

Location: The Grasslands
Likes: Celium Seed
Produce: Groffle Milk
Size: Large
Active: Spring, Summer, Winter

You definitely won't miss them, they'd be first animals you see, along with Grass Foxes.

Bambex

Location: Dapplewood Forest
Likes: Vine
Produce: Pelt
Size: Small
Active: Spring, Autumn, Winter

They are more common than trees for cutting in Dapplewood.

Squomble

Location: Sunderwind Wilds
Likes: Wood
Produce: Stick
Size: Small
Active: Spring, Summer Autumn, Winter

Just down the cliff to the west from Sunderwind Wilds or anywhere else in that region, beavers are dominating lifeform.

Fabbit

Location: Heartwind Vale
Likes: Herbs
Produce: Eggs
Size: Small
Active: Spring, Summer, Autumn, Winter

You'll easily mistake them for boulders in Heartwind, they can be found in each part of the region, some are outside the cave on plateau leading to Heartwind farm.

Fenicorn

Location: Radiant Sands
Likes: Poutine
Produce: Hide
Size: Large
Active: Spring, Summer, Autumn

Besides them, there are only cats in Radiant Sands. It's a good thing they are right near the Radiant farm, cause their favourite food costs a lot of ingredients.

Girpacca

Location: Numino Peak
Likes: Warm Milk
Produce: Fluff
Size: Large
Active: Spring, Autumn, Winter


One cup probably won't be enough to get them to your farm.

Fluff Cub

Location: The Shivering Plains
Likes: Cooked Fish
Produce: Fluff
Size: Large
Active: Spring, Autumn, Winter

They are big, they are many, they are near Shivering farm and all around the region.

Sprig-Pig

Location: Crestfall Coast
Likes: Mushroom
Produce: Flowers
Size: Small
Active: Spring, Autumn, Winter

All over the region and you can see them to the east from Dapplewood farm.

Kirin

First of all - you don't need Kirin for animals achievement. To spawn it, you have to do a quest "The great Peace" given to you by Georgina in Old Kingdom Castle in Radiant Sands after finishing main storyline

Location: All around the world
Likes: Lucky Rainbow Fish
Produce: Dyes
Size: Large
Active: After you do the quest.

It's big, it's green, it's awesome. As I wrote above, to spawn it you have to do a quest "The great Peace" given to you by Georgina in Old Kingdom Castle in Radiant Sands after finishing main storyline, after that you got to travel around a bit, looking for perfect, closest spot to one of your farms, since it likes "You have to fish for me for 5 days" fish and I had patience to catch only one of those.



These are good spots that I found them spawning, though there should be more for each region.

Somehow the Kirin's food was so much less annoyance to get, plus if you get the Hearthwind one the farm is basically right there which is better than guiding some Canadian unicorn deer through half the desert.
