Setting up mods in mudrunner, spintires mod, the new mudrunner+

This is a guide on how to install mods using spintires mod, or more commonly know, Mudrunner+. It is super simple and easy to use,it has its own inbuilt configurations menu. It also lets you install any mods and still have multiplayer.

Introduction

So this program will let you install custom gearshifters, custom graphics or even custom maps in multiplayer, but it also adds its own features.
It has an electric winch for when you are upside down,
the winch is changeable winch length,
vehicles have light sync in multiplayer,
even abilities to change or halt time.
There is even an option to enable the dev tools in multiplayer and singleplayer, not just in the testing grounds, a note to take is that if the host does not have mr+ then dev tools wont appear. So lets start this simple tutorial, in less than 20 steps you can be driving around like crazy with friends with any mods! It is time get MudRunner+!

Step 1-Downloading

So the first step is to download the program itself, mudrunner+ is currently up to 1.7.6 and so here is

Step 2-Installing

To install all you have to do is download mudrunner+, extract it and run the installer.
Make sure that in your spintires directory there is a folder labelled "media" if there is not, then just make one, this is where you will be installing all mods, if you dont already know how to get there simply go to your drive that you installed steam to and open it untill you get to;
steam\steamapps\common\Spintires MudRunner


Onto the next step, configuring MR+

Step 3-Configuring mudrunner+

So when the program opens it should open up to look like this

First of all,you're going to need to click the button labelled "File" and then press "mod settings" Or simply press the big button under "File" that says mod settings.

And now that your here you need to press the install button on the first box your, then find spintires mudrunner directory and accept it. Once you do this just press apply and exit that box, the next step is to go into "game settings"

This is what your going to be greeted with,there are three main tabs, Mods,Mod paths, and Media paths.
Select "Media paths" and then click the button labelled "add directory" from here you will be greeted by this

It will ask you to put in a directory, now remember that media folder we made in the last step? That is the folder we need to put into this, and so for most of you that folders directory will be "C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\Spintires MudRunner\Media" So just find your mudurnner directory, and then select your media folder, once done that click apply.
once thats all set and applied its time for the next step!

Step 5-Setting up Mudrunner+

So, as previously stated this program is a continuation of SpintiresPlus by another owner, now no, its not the entire thing, it cannot do everything you can do in oldtires's SP+ but you can do most things, however, unlike SpintiresPlus, you are able to change settings ingame its incredibly simple. All you need to do is open mudrunner,click settings,click advanced options and there it is!

and so here is where you can configure everything (please note that for you to play multiplayer the top button,"disable game files check" must be checked as without it multiplayer will be locked, its just something that is best kept enabled.)
Most of the other stuff however can be played around with.

Step 6-Proof!

So after all this im sure you guys want evidence! and so heres some photos of a custom map that was installed into the media folder and some photos of the electric winch + the spawn menu that you can access in the dev tools section (which in advanced options is disable-able)

All players are able to spawn trucks, no problemo with questions. thank you very much, I'm not the creator just making sure everyone's aware of it and able to use it!

Only one more question, sorry... Are all players able to spawn vehicles or only the host? Awesome tool btw, keep up the good work!

Dev menu disappear if someone join. How to enable it?

If the other players do not have the mod then you will be invisible, but as long as they have the truck subscribed you will be A OK. The list at the start is just used for the first spawn.

Working for me, i see that the spawn menu is working in multiplayer and i can spawn every modded truck... what happens if i spawn a truck that is not in the list of the 8 mods allowed in lobby? Are other players unable to see my truck or they are forced to download it ingame?
