Basic usage

Launching DashPanel and connecting to server.

Launch and connect

Launch

DashPanel consists of a client and server program. Launching from steam will automatically launch both.

Connect

If Autoconnect isn't enabled press the connect button to connect the client to server.

Navigate

Within DashPanel ESC is used to go back and exit screens, dashboards and the app.

Open sample Dashboard

Select the Dashboard tab:









Double click to open desired dashboard:

Editing

To edit a new dashboard from scratch open Edit new dashboard from the selection menu:









Otherwise to modify a sample dashboard open it then press ESC or right click to enter edit mode:

Click on a widget to select it or choose it from the dropdown selector in the top left. A highlight is drawn around the selected widget:










The following is a description of all the edit tools:

User dashboards

To see your user saved dashboards click on the user dashboards tab:










To delete user dashboards select dashboard and press delete button, you will be prompted to confirm:









Everyone has a different user layout because it stores all of the dashboard you guys have made

To find Dashboards made by other users hit the browse button in "UserLayouts"











To upload your own dashboard to the public go under "User Layouts" Than select the dash you want to publish than hit upload, than you will be presented to a screen that has you give it a name, and cat

Purchase full data DLC

DashPanel comes with free data readers that read Speed, RPM, and Gear.
Full data readers are available for purchase as DLC from the Steam store page.

To review available DLC click on the store tab:










To view DLC on the Steam store click the shopping trolly button. Note this will only function if Steam overlay is enabled.

Looks like the autoload function not work with simbin games, can you fix that in another update

With the game running in the car you want open the dashboard and go to its settings and press Set button under Autoload dashboard.

What are the iOS controls to exit, etc? I keep having to restart the app to get out of the current dash, can't figure it out.
