How to sleep after playing DDLC

Have you ever played DDLC, and thought, "man, how am i going to sleep after this"? Well this is the guide for you!

Method 1: All a game

The first and best method is to remember, that everyone in this game isnt real and youre literally getting sad over virtual two-dimensional women. Theyre not real, they never will become will, Yuri wont stab you in your sleep, You wont find Sayori hanging in your room or whatever, its all just virtual women.

Method 2: Just bare with it

Just go to sleep, even if DDLC haunts your dreams, that wont prevent you from sleeping, if it does, you shouldve taken the warning at the beginning very seriously. Lay on your bed, let it be how it is, just. Sleep, you ♥♥♥♥♥♥.

Method 3: Happy thoughts

Think of something good. Imagine, for example, you being in your favorite game, or flying around in heaven, whatever makes you happy. I won't stop you from imagining yourself in a gay fanfic. If you like it, and it isnt related to DDLC, youre fine.

[Not really good] Method 4: Girls are all good

If none of above methods work, you can always imagine that all if the girls are friendly and stuff. Like this game was a usual dating sim. This could lead you to more thoughts of it though.

[Not really good] Method 5: Get to the good ending

If you've stopped playing at act 1 or act 2, its a great choice and i really recommend anyone who cant take it to stop playing the game, but you can always get to the end, get the credits, etc. or watch someone else do it.

Ending: What helped me

For me, personally, i just did the true ending and it was enough to make me at least less scared. Its not a good method, but it worked for me. Blue skies is a mod for ddlc. Pretty much continues the game as it was "meant" to be. IE turns it into a real visual novel. Just google Doki Doki Blue Skies and the webpage for it should pop up. Watching the trailer will give you a pretty good idea.
