I worked on the left 4 dead campaigns, but not the left 4 dead 2 campaigns.

try edit whitelist.cfg?

Add these to your whitelist.cfg
(under "left 4 dead 2\left4dead2\")

"left4dead2\resource..." allow_in_coop
"left4dead2\resource..." allow_in_addon
"left4dead2\resource*." allow_in_coop
"left4dead2\resource\." allow_in_addon
"left4dead2\materials..." allow_in_coop
"left4dead2\materials..." allow_in_addon
"left4dead2\materials\." allow_in_coop
"left4dead2\materials\." allow_in_addon
"left4dead2\scripts..." allow_in_coop
"left4dead2\scripts..." allow_in_addon
"left4dead2\scripts\." allow_in_coop
"left4dead2\scripts\.*" allow_in_addon

or try not to subscribe, add VPK file to addon folder manually?

I think this and the old progress bar is breaking my game somehow. Whenever I try to load into co-op campaign, it would just get stuck in the loading screen without freezing. I did a fresh re-install and un-subbed to every mod and my game worked. I only added this and the progress bar in and it's doing the infinite loading again. Has anyone else had this problem or is it only me?

use GCFscape open pak01_dir.vpk

in left4dead2\resource\ folder there are piles of .res file
those are all UI files

AG-w_^(o x O) how did you do it and what file ?

if you are talking about health counter
it's just an unused UI element

you can add it by editing *.res file

How did you get to see other survivors Health? or is that on this?
