I know they don't spawn @ startup.... but I know like I'll start seeing them about an hour(more or less) after startup. That's all I know from experience. Just wish I knew a lil more.

13 pieces populate the world every server cycle

false its not random, 1 part spawns every 30 minutes of server /uptime. at 6-7 hours into server being awake go farm all metal.
