Intro
To set the Record Straight: This DOES NOT unlock the endor DLC files. There are files present for Endor, but at the moment, noone knows how to unlock it, and I'm pretty sure the files are just incomplete.
To understand what I'm doing here, and how to do this, It requires a bit of explaining. You see when Lucasarts was making the game, they added content into the game, that they thought would be included. But after some time, they decided to make it DLC, so they removed it. But instead of removing it, they simply hid it away. How did they hide it away you ask? to understand you need a basic understanding of program coding(Which you can learn here.) When you code a program, there's a chance someone else might take a look at the code. So if you want someone to understand your logic in why you coded something you put it in a comment. To use comments you simply turn the statement green. When they "hid" their DLC away, all they did was turned the code that brings in the DLC into comments. Now unfortunatley as reported by most, the saber crystals will cause the game to crash. This may be part of the reason they excluded the DLC, merely because one was broken, lame that they couldnt take the time to fix it. But if you would like to try I will show you how to unlock em, and you see if it causes your game to crash.
Programs Needed
You need 2 programs to do this.
1. 7ZIP - http://www.7-zip.org/
2. Notepad ++ - http://notepad-plus-plus.org/

7ZIP will allow us to look into a file not normally opened, and notepad will allow you to edit the code.
Step by Step
Ok now that you have these programs what you need to do is find the sfwu2 folder in your computer through 7zip. the adress to go to is ....\Steam\steamapps\common\Star Wars The Force Unleashed 2\LevelPacks\

Now your gonna open pak2.lp by double clicking. Then go into the folder Game, then Disc, then Runtime. Now before editing these 3 files, you should copy them to another folder called DLC Backup, or whatever, just incase you break something in the code, and ♥♥♥♥ it up...cuz you're an idiot....jk lol, gotta add some humor into ths boring rant.

So in order to edit the code, you're going to have to copy one file out, doesnt matter, as long as its an XML. Then change its default program to Notepad ++, and then you can delete it, and now double clicking XMLs in 7ZIP will open the file up in Notepad++, so now you need to edit TFU2CostumeCatalog.costumecat.xml, TFU2Flow.Gameflow.xml, and if you decide to try and unlock the crystals that seem to cause the game crash for most, then TFU2SaberCrystals.sabercrystal.xml.
And remember to make copies of these 3 just in case.

Now you need to remove these 2 lines that are highlighted, in order to unlock the DLC.
Save these changes, and when you exit Notepad, 7ZIP will ask you "File '' was modified. Do you want to update it in the archive?" Say yes, and this will probably take a few. Do the same for the other xmls and you will have succesfully unlocked the DLC.

UPDATE 1-6/1/2013
I've discovered how to unlock the 3 cinematics that came with the collectors edition, which detail the history of the starkiller costume in the DLC(the goofy one that looks like a diver) in the same folder you looked in before, look in the folder labled "prefs" and in the file for cinematics, you can unlock the D?LC using the described methods above.
UPDATE 2-6/21/2014
According to user silent_josh, The saber crystal crash is due to "too many lightsaber crystals" meaning the game can only run its current allotment. If this is true, deleting a section for a default saber should allow for a DLC saber to work. Modify at your own risk and remember...ALWAYS BACK UP!
End
Thanks for checking out this guide. Unfortunatley I am not at this moment able to unlock the Endor DLC or the saber crystals, so for now you'll just have to put up with just the 2 pre-order costumes and challenges. But better than nothing I guess. If any of you find out how, please comment below or I will update if I find anything out.

The xml file for saber crystals, that you edit, has them. If you look at the section for the DLC sabers that is green, you can see the format for the start and end of each crystal color.
Just delete the same formats that are above the dlc.
Im not at home to look, but if you look at the screenshot for the costumes, you'll notice there are lines similar to the green, anove it. Just delete sections for the color you least like or care about.

I know it's been 11 years but does anyone knows where the section for a default saber is located at ?

If you have done these steps, then the game is in its original state, and if you are still experiencing issues, the issues would not be related to the changes. If the issues are related to the changes, then you may not have restored them properly. It might be best to do a fresh install of the game, and if it still glitches when reinstalled, then it is for sure unrelated to the modding.
Outside of that, there's not much I can do beyond recommend a clean install of the games files

Is there anything else I can do or is that it?

ok

Delete the pak files modified. Verify the integrity of your game cache files so steam can reinstall original files. If your game still crashes, the changes made here are not the culprit

I did it all and made a copy but it still wont work when I put it back to the default in the code
