How to remove the 30fps framerate cap

This guide is written only for the 1.200 patched version of Bully. This is the most up to date version and the one that pretty much everyone on Steam is using.

By default, Bully's framerate is capped at 30fps. To remove this limitation:

1. Download the zip folder from this link - http://community.pcgamingwiki.com/files/file/31-bully-fps-cap-remover/
2. Unzip the folder. You will only need the Bully.exe found in the 1.200 folder.
3. Now navigate to the folder where your Steam version of Bully is installed (usually something like x:\Steam\steamapps\common\Bully Scholarship Edition). There's a screenshot in the comments below if you need more help finding this folder on your PC.
4. BACKUP the Bully.exe file in that folder. Then replace it with the Bully 1.200 exe that you just downloaded.
5. Launch the game through its Steam icon.
6. When you are in game, enable vsync in the options to lock it at a smooth 60fps.
7. Enjoy the unlocked framerate!

The reason why you should make a backup of your original Bully.exe file is because a couple of missions are glitched. These are Weed Killer in Chapter 2, and a mission later in the game about throwing snowballs. Simply go back to your original Bully.exe file to get past these missions and then repeat the above steps again to re-apply the fix.

For all the people who do not trust this link, trust me, there are no viruses with this link, it was made by a trusted member of the community for god sakes! Even if you don’t trust it, run it through virus scan. Hell, use silent patch because this is buggy and Silent Patch is superior because you can adjust the FPS precisely while this you cannot.

I got past the Weed Killer mission with fps cap remover, but I noticed some difficulty in spraying the plant, I just moved Jimmy really close to the plant and sprayed the weed killer.
I also got past the mission with throwing snowballs, but I noticed that for some reason Billy wasn't reloading the snowballs after each throw, but I'm not sure how I made him pick them up eventually.
