Hello moders I made this spell just for fun and wanted to make a very strong spell for ♥♥♥♥♥ and gigs.Any way the spell can be stolen from the BanaredMare's back room in Whiterun. The spell tome should be laying right in front of you. Pick the spell book up look in the book part in you inventory learn the spell and then you it should be in you destruntion spells in you magic inventory.Thanks for downloading and if there are any problems please contact me.
