@nickiukpub I've never used Realistic Population mod, but I always get comments like yours. I just got one yesterday, so I went to the workshop page for the mod....and the first thing I see is....

"Changes from vanilla game
- Low density houses are now one household, without an override."

it helps to read the description of mods and assets.

I seem to be having problems with the low res Rico assets, like this one. After placing the asset and then checking the number of people housed I only get 1 house hold when I expect at least three or four from just looking at the size of the building. Yet using the High Res I get a higher number of households. This is really annoying as it looks like it is not working :(
