When I was writing this guide, my sister was here, and I borrowed her laptop since it's using NVIDIA. But now she's at abroad, I can't help much about the concern anymore since I have nothing to experiment on. I'm really sorry.
But, if there are other techy peeps here, I'd be glad if share some ideas and help the NVIDIA users about the said concern. Have a happy christmas !!
Simply go to the file directory of G.E.'s [release] folder. Inside of it, there's an application file named "ge.exe". Right click it, then Properties. Under the [Compatibility] tab, un-check everything except the "Disable fullscreen optimizations". Then, hit [OK].
The anti-alias should work after. Leave a comment and let me know if it didn't fix the issue.
>>>For AMD videocard users<<<
1 ) Open "AMD Radeon Settings".
2 ) Click "Gaming".
3 ) On the upper-right of the Radeon Settings menu, click the "+ Add".
4 ) Select "Browse".
5 ) Look for "ge.exe" in your GE release folder, then select "Open".
(The directory depends on the user's installation preference. Mine is C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\Granado Espada For SEA\release)
7 ) Now, set the following under the "ge" profile:
Anti-alias: Override application settings
Anti-alias level: 8x
Anti-aliasing Method: Supersampling
Anisotopic Filtering: Use application settings
Texture Filtering Quality: High
Wait for Vertical Refresh: Always on (If you're not using a FreeSync / G-Sync monitor)
Shader Cache: On
Tessellation Mode: Use application settings
-The rest of the settings are "Off" or "Disabled"
(Everything you tweak here is applied immediately regardless if the game is running or closed.)
1 ) Open "NVIDIA Control Panel".
2 ) Click "Manage 3D Settings".
3 ) Click the "Program Settings" tab.
4 ) Click "Add".
5 ) Click "Browse".
6 ) Look for "ge.exe" in your GE release folder, then click "Add Selected Program".
(The directory depends on the user's installation preference. Mine is C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\Granado Espada For SEA\release)
7 ) If you're using a laptop, you would want to select the "High-performance NVIDIA processor" for this game/application.
Anisotropic filtering: Application-controlled
Antialiasing - Mode: Override any application settings
Antialiasing - Setting: 8x
Antialiasing - Transparency: 8x (supersample)

If you're still not convinced with these tweakings, check out these 2 images I have back in sGE. Compare their hair, skin, wings, and clothes:
