i will keep updating this guide and be glad to include any help i can get from people. I'll do some smaller walkthroughs for the different challenges as i see needed and hope the guide can help in some manner whatsoever

The Game

If you're new to the game then I'll explain some of the basics here and how the game works with some tips at the end to help you get started. I can also recommend to play the first game.

Introductory

The game is a board game with cards as the playing field. You move around 1 card at a time to encounter new scenarios and fight monsters and enemies to gain ressources, equipment and clear all 24 challenges. Each challenge has an end goal for the level with different requirements for each one. Some of the challenges doesn't require specific decks to finish 100% but some do but don't worry about that for now

Cards/Encounters

There is a ton of different cards/encounters in the game and you'll learn about them and unlock more as you play the game. There are a few different kinds of cards. Some of these are progressive and once you beat it will unlock the next part of the card that you can encounter the next time you play and progresses like a story. There are also Platinum cards as something new that you'll get for completing challenges that can be very powerful and strong. make sure to try something new a lot and see what the different cards do as you make up your deck. it will be worth it in the long run

Combat

The combat system is hitting, blocking and evading your enemies. There are different enemies each with different strengths and weaknesses. Don't get frustrated if you don't have the timing for blocking and evading at the beginning I've played the first one a lot and found myself struggling a bit when i first started the game It's simply a little practice that's required. The best strategy is usually to simply play it safe and evade and often single target long range or more pesky enemies first and then go for the more buff and more healthy characters afterwards. There is of course exceptions to this rule but that's how it usually is.

Controls

I'll admit I don't find the enemies and the controls as good as in the first one but im sure the dev's will update it if to many people find it as a problem. you can at any time pause and see the controls for either keyboard or controller. And even though some of the animations seems a little tough to predict and counter can you do it if as you progress through the game.

I've found controller to be the best and most fun but let me know if you've had a different experience or another opinion ;)

Thieves have stolen a relic from the Emperor's palace. The Empire are looking to hire adventurer to help recover this and other items.

You can't use a random deck for this challenge if you wan't the gold coin (completing the challenge 100%). You have to include as many gold cards as you can since you'll need at least 90 gold at the end of the challenge to complete it, I'll explain soon.

Method

quick tip1: do alle speech options to make sure you get all clues!!!!

You'll have to collect 19 different clues for to identify the assasin. You'll gain the first 7 clues at the start of the game as you talk to your contractor. you'll gain the next 4 as you talk with the three different assasins and 1 more time with the contractor. When reaching the end should you be at 11 clues and if not you might aswell start over if you wan't the gold coin. to get the last 8 clues you'll have to pay 30 gold to each assasin and drink with borden and grindan. after that you'll should have all the clues and be able to identify the assasin. if you choose wrong make sure to alt+f4 quickly to restart the scenario. you can also choose an assasin at the start of the card to see who traitor is.

quick tip2: it's ok as far as i've experienced to miss your dice rolls and you can do it over and over again as much as you'll like so don't worry about that it won't cost money to retry.

Challenge #7 The Lovers

Method

You have to keep your potato loving friend alive until the end. The best tips to do this is to choose cards that give you lot's of food since You'll need it to move around the board to save him and heal him from time to time. Another suggestions can be to add the "Sacrificial Blades" since they are good against undeads and you'll find alot of these enemies on this challenge

Challenge #8 The Chariot

The Chariot

A plague of corruption is spreading through the downtrodden denizens in the Old City. Aid Estrella and her loyal soldiers and find a way for the citizens to escape.

Method

It' doesn't seem like the deck you are choosing is very important at least not when I played Let me know if you find out something else.
To win this challenge is it important to utilize the Camp function since this will allow you to buy food for 1 gold/per food. You can camp whenever you wish or as instructed. Other than buying lots of food make sure to discover as many tiles as possible to save all 60 citizens. You don't have to fight all the corrupted you meet just to make sure to discover all the tiles you can. There are at least two stages not sure if there is another one if you wish to continue or something but make sure nonetheless to have saved all 60 citizens before entering the end tile on the second stage to be sure, good luck.

Tips

• Make sure to utilize the camp function as you can gain cheap food from the citizens by trading.
  
• make sure to discover all the tiles you can to save all the citizens.

I beat it with two-handed weapon, but true path - one-hand & shield (with shield easier stack armor to gold token)

Oh, it's all right. You do not have to worry. I guess I myself can beat this challenge only by the time when you get a second degree.
