couldn't you just load the map as is and copy over the other stuff after you start the game?
It allows custom maps to play normally as long as both players have SpintiresMod. It allows you to cheat fuel + damage and spawn any vehicle you have downloaded into a map. It makes the mud physics more realistic by taking the vehicle size, weight, wheel base, wheel size, and how fast the wheels are spinning to determine how your wheels sink, dig, or spin. In the vanilla game the standard UAZ sinks faster than a truck with a loaded trailor
It might be a problem with the level file itself. Is there a place to download this map?
