Passing outlast 2 under 4 hours on insane mode

Now to start things off...face it,you suck in this game and most likley hide in barrels or closets 99% of the time.Lucky for you this guide will show you how to pass outlast 2 on insane mode without:
1.Realoding your batteries
2.Hiding in barrels or closets
3.Under 4 hours
Includes achivements Asahel,Prophet and Saint.

This will not go step by step from scene to scene where exacly to run and what to do.I will just name tips for you to use during your game...Here they are:

1.Knowing the game,the map and the environment-First i recommend you pass the game on easy mode and normal mode to kinda get a hang of the game,knowing where to go and navigate throu the darkness without your camera.This is very inportant becouse if you messing something up in insane mode,your starting all over again,theres no chekpoints or savegames.
2.Using less camera battery life-Its all in the name...Use camera ONLY in 2 situations,your either:lost or cant navigate in the dark.Using camera in insane mode just eats your battery life in under 2-3 minutes.
3.Use the sound detector-Yes using the sounds the dector is very useful...It consumes way less battery life,and is a life saver if you use it wisley.
4.Let your stamina recharge-This is the most inportant step...You never know what might come next (unless you played the game of course)Your stamina is very limited and you eventualy have to stop after 15 seconds of non-stop sprint.Rest in a safezone or anywhere if you can becouse you never know when your gonna need an extra 5-6 seconds of extra sprint.
5.Have patients-Dont be the first come first served type...Let your enemy circle around a bit before you can examine how long are they away from the path you need to go.Let the pass atleast 3-4 times so you can exacly know how much time do you have.Also notice the number of your enemys and their positions.
6.Know secret paths and locations of bandages and shortcuts-An extended guide will be more to this one.
