@... Rico mod converts unique/park buildings into residential/commercial/industrial building. Rico allows you to for example place larger residential buildings than growable which is 4x4. It means this: If you use rico mod this building will behave like factory and it will produce goods and will require raw materials. If you wont use rico mod it will behave like unique or park building.

I've no idea what RICO is (new to game) Do I need that RICO to use this asset?
