解説

Do you dislike how quickly arrows move? Do you dislike losing stealth after shooting the first enemy? Then you need to gain true Mastery Over Time!

This mod was made for me at first, but when I started archery I realized how useful it would be to everyone. This mod creates a power that slows time to 1/100 of normal speed. Archers and hunters can use this spell to take down multiple targets without losing sneak, but mages can also use this to slow the enemy from getting to them. You can find the spell tome on the end table to the left of the bed in Breezehome. If you have any suggestions for this mod or for other mods you want me to make please leave them in the comments.

You say it's a spell tome, but is it a regular castable spell? Or is it a toggleable ability?

I agree with Firegod98, it should be toggleable. I've used it a bit and noticed that clicking it multiple times while you're still slowed just adds more time to the slow, so I've been stuck in slow-motion for minutes at a time. It would be great if it were an on/off.

@Dread Lord, the only other way to get the spell tome is to use the console. Sorry.
