This is a port of the CSGO Guardian map, gd_rialto, made by Valve. It's a downsized version of the famous Rialto bridge in Venice, Italy (Venezia in Italian). You may have seen this bridge in Assassin's Creed 2, notably. But the map also contains a few narrow streets and backalleys around the bridge, as well as a small apartment overlooking the bridge. Moreover, there's a shoe store on the bridge itself that you can visit.

I've adapted the map to GMod, which means I've pushed the limits of the map further to allow players to access the docks or simply go into the river without dying. I've also changed the "bomb planting" zone to make it look less like one, and I've fixed the shoe store to look less disorderly.
