Invincibility:
Enter the "whatitmeanstome" code, and activate it approximately ten to twenty times. This will result in you reaching Level 50, and gaining about $5 million. Then, enter the character abilities screen to buy all the fall, fire, bullet, explosion, and vehicle strike damage reduction options until it reaches "Never take damage". This will basically give you complete invincibility from all damage. Note: You may still die due to a minor glitch if you are in a normal vehicle and run over by a tank or if you crash with an aircraft.

Customizing any vehicle:

To customize any non-customizable vehicle, take any customizable vehicle into Rim Jobs. Go to "Garage" in the menu, and highlight a vehicle that is not customizable from your list, but do not retrieve it. Instead, back out of the menu, and then select "Accept" to confirm the exit. It will now take you directly to the customizing menu.

Easy money:

Take an airplane (Woodpecker is recommended), and do "Knife-edge barnstorming" between light towers at the airport. There is one at the end of each runway for a total of four, but the one that gives the most money is on the north. Do a "Knife-edge" by pressing the button assigned to the "Roll left" or "Roll right" option in the airplane key-binding settings. You get approximately $10,000 for each "Knife-edge barnstorm", while you get approximately $5,000 for regular barnstorm. You can get approximately $10,000 every 30 seconds, and $100,000 every 5 minutes. Repeat this as many times as desired.

Go to Angel's Casino, and destroy the slot machines. When the screen cracks and the machine falls over, a stack of cash will fall out. Collect all of the money in the casino by destroying the rest of the machines. Then, go to a nearby crib that is not Angel's Casino, and save the game. Load the saved game file, then go back to the casino to find new machines that can be destroyed to get more money. If you destroy all of the machines, you will get a couple hundred dollars each time. Repeat this as many times as desired.

Finding the Eagle (Attack version):

The special Attack version of the Eagle helicopter has dual pilot guided mini-guns and rocket pods. It can only be found on Armory Island at the southeast helipad (not the one on the roof). You must approach it from on the ground or be on the ground for a minute or two to get it to appear.

Getting cars to move out of the way:

Steal a police car, and turn on the sirens (horn in normal cars) to get other cars to move over to the right side of the road.

Easter Bunny:

Go to Luchadores' territory, and proceed to the lower left part of the map to find some boats. Get on the second boat to find a gang operation with a giant bunny caught in fishing nets.

Professor Genki:

An NPC wearing a Professor Genki costume will appear at random in Steelport as an enemy on the radar. If you kill him, you will get approximately $300,000. Note: He has a very large amount of health and is armed with a stun gun.

Shaundi in magazine:

Unlock Burns Hill Reactor as a crib, then go upstairs to the bathroom. Inside is a magazine on the edge of the Jacuzzi titled "Boy-Toy". The magazine's cover features Shaundi as she appeared in Playboy magazine's "2008 Virtual Vixens".

Hidden dialogue:

During the "Three Way" mission, your character, Pierce, and Oleg will travel to various locations to kill S.T.A.G. soldiers and Luchadores. When they reach the National Guard armory, Pierce will ask if anyone wants to say something before they die. Your character will say different dialogue depending on the voice being used:

Male Voice 1: He has read Jane Erye thirteen times.
Male Voice 2: He has an irrational fear of bees.
Male Voice 3: He calls chips 'fries'.
Female Voice 1: She is on a coed Curling team.
Female Voice 2: She wants to make love with Pierce in front of a live studio audience.
Female Voice 3: She collects glass unicorn figures.
Zombie Voice: He or she is fluent in six languages.
Oleg: He is in love with Kenzi.

The Zombies dialogue about being fluent in six languages is a possible joke about Saints Row 2 having three male and three female voices, adding up to six voices, while Saints Row: The Third has six other voices besides the Zombie's.

Dead Space reference:

On the freighter boat in Camano Place, there is a missing ship list pinned to the wall on the top floor of the cockpit. The "USG Ishimura" is on the list.

The Punisher reference:

Once Kinzie Kensington's hideout is unlocked, go upstairs, and enter the room with all the computers in it. Then, zoom in on the ceiling with a sniper rifle to see a cluster of newspapers. They are all newspaper clippings from Volition's The Punisher game.

Saints Row references:

Go to Kinzie Kensington's crib, then go upstairs. Go to the very back to find a room with newspaper clippings taped all over the wall. Look at the headlines to see references to Saints Row and Saints Row 2. There is one with a headline about a zombie attack with the map of Stillwater filled with red dots marking the spread of the outbreak.

Saint Rows History
Saints Row

Founded by Julius Little, the Third Street Saints operated out of a tiny district in Stilwater called Saints Row. Their operation was small, but their dreams were big…

“You ready for this, Playa?”Tired of the ongoing war between Los Carnales, the Vice Kings, and the West Side Rollerz, the Saints’ plan was to wipe out the gangs and bring stability back to the streets. With a new, highly skilled member—their future leader—the Saints succeeded in wiping out the gangs… but at a great cost.

Three facts on the early days of the Third Street Saints:

In the early days of Stilwater, “Saints Row” was actually filled with churches. Property renovation removed all but the one used by the Saints.
Julius Little originally wanted the Saints color to be green.
Troy was a mother****ing cop.

Saints Row 2

After waking up from a coma and escaping from prison, the Boss found a very different Stilwater than the one they left. The city now belonged to the Ultor Corporation…

“It’s our time now. Let’s get this **** started.”The Boss and Johnny Gat set to work rebuilding the Saints, and took the streets back from the new gangs in town— Ronin, Brotherhood, and Sons of Samedi—as well as Dane Vogel and Ultor. The Saints once again conquered their city… and this time they meant to keep it.

Three facts about Stilwater:

Despite record court appearances, the only crime anyone has been convicted of is littering.
The loss of Loa Dust resulted in a 431% drop in enrollment at Stilwater University.
City code prevents the public display of children and animals.

Saints Row 3

After merging with Ultor to form the Saints-Ultor Media Group, the gang has produced Saints-branded merchandise for a rabid public. They are worldwide celebrities.

“Who doesn’t wanna be Johnny Gat?”The gang spends their days signing autographs (in the middle of bank heists) and partying at the most exclusive clubs. They are kings of the world, but everyone wants a piece of their crown. The Saints have attracted the attention of a ruthless group known only as The Syndicate…

Three facts about the Saints-Ultor Media Group:

Saints Flow is rumored to cause birth defects… in full grown adults.
Last season’s premiere of “I Wanna Sleep With Shaundi” pre-empted the State of the Union Address.
Johnny Gat uses the Gat-Mobile to travel to schools where he gives inspirational speeches to kids.

Saints Row the third Gang Members:
Once a small town street gang, is now a full-fledged Empire

Under the leadership of “The Boss”, the Saints have conquered Stilwater and toppled the Ultor Corporation—but their eyes are on much bigger prize
Now operating under the Saints-Ultor Media group

The gang has embarked on an historic marketing and PR campaign that has resulted in Saints branded energy drinks, bobble heads, clothing lines, and much more.

The Saints Code

1- Murder Trial is another phrase for Free Publicity
2- Say ‘Thanks!’ when taking something by gunpoint
3- It only matters who presented the idea first

Johnny Gat
In Johnny's world, if something can't be solved with violence... then it isn't worth his time.

Q
How many people would you say you’ve killed?

A
Around 13,000 I think… give or take a couple hundred.

You can never have too many guns.

Q
You aren’t sure of the number?

A
We can make it 13,001 if you keep this up.

Oleg
Standing over eight feet tall, Oleg was wanted for his immense size and depth of knowledge for a new Syndicate experiment.

Q
Rumor has it you and the Mayor of Steelport have known each other for years?

A
Oh, and how would that be?

I am only one.

Q
Well, we know that you were in the KGB during—

A
THIS INTERVIEW IS OVER.

Angel
As Killbane's former tag-team partner, they ruled the ring like no one else could. But as their reputation grew within Steelport, Killbane's jealousy took over.

Q
Do you think the leader of the Saints has what it takes to step into the ring with Killbane?

A
Let me answer that question with another question: Have you ever driven with a wild animal in your car?

You must learn the way of the tiger.

Q
Uh… no?

A
Then you aren’t ready for the truth.

Kinzie
Kinzie was a member of the FBI until a controversial dismissal due to what she claimed was "manufactured evidence".

Q
Miss Kenzington, you’ve been dubbed by some members of the press as “paranoid.” Is that fair?

A
Did you sweep this room for bugs? I think someone is recording this conversation.

If I don’t sleep, I can be more productive!

Q
I’m sorry? I am…

A
Who are you working for?!

Zimos
As Steelport’s oldest pimp, Zimos is a fixture in the criminal ecosystem. He speaks using an electronic voice box, which has been autotuned.

Q
What’s the best part about being a pimp?

A
Merchandise

Don’t make me raise my microphone!

Q
You mean the girls?

A
No, I mean merchandise. You know how much replicas of my cane go for?

Pierce
Pierce has come a long way since Stilwater. No longer hustling on the street level, Pierce is now the main spokesperson for the Third Street Saints.

Q
What’s been your favorite moment as a Saint so far?

A
Definitely getting the deal signed for Saints Flow.

Saints Flow baby!

Q
I thought Shaundi did that. That’s what everyone has been saying.

A
What? No. MotherF*cker…

Shaundi
Now a star in her own reality TV show, Shaundi’s moved past her old hippy persona and turned into a jet-setter.

Q
I’ve heard you have a fondness for sombreros…

A
Look, I’m not proud of my past. Let’s just say that those days are behind me and never bring it up again. Got it?

Seriously. Enough about the damn sombrero!

Q
But what abou-

A
I said not to bring up my past!

Josh
Best known for his work as Nyte Blayde on the hit self-titled vampire-hunter-turned-vampire drama, Josh Birk takes his work a little TOO seriously.

Q
Josh, what drew you to the Saints?

A
Well, a lot of things. Danger, excitement, adventure. Sexual tension.

Yeah, I know I’m awesome.

Q
Who? Shaundi told us she found you repulsive.

A
That’s just a thing she says to keep paparazzi away. Can’t blame her. Do you know how popular I am?

About
Gameplay

Saints Row: The Third retains the blend of an action-adventure in an open world, urban warfare format that is traditional in the Saints Row series. The player, as the leader of the Third Street Saints, can explore the new city of Steelport, performing main missions that progress the game's story, and side missions. These side missions include Activities, minigames, Strongholds, rival gang bases that can be taken over to control a section of Steelport and Flashpoints, on-the-spot gang warfare. Successful completion of missions can earn the player in-game money, weapons, cars, and gang respect. The Third uses respect as experience points which grant levels, the highest level being 50, which in turn enables the player to spend money on improving specific attributes of their character, such as melee combat or firearms skills. The levelling system allows the player to purchase these attributes, or 'perks', each time the player character is leveled-up, with the various attributes requiring a certain level before purchase is possible. Money can also be used to purchase clothing items, weapons and cars, or may be used to upgrade weapons and cars, such as adding scopes or extra barrels to a weapon, which are then stored in the player's arsenal. Finally, money can be used to upgrade the Saints gang, customizing their appearance, outfits, and headquarters.

The "Initiation Station" system allows players to upload their character creations to The Third's online community, and download other players' creations to use with their save game. Within The Third, the player can set up to four different appearances for their gang. Finally, money is also used to purchase shops and other properties within Steelport, which will provide a steady stream of hourly income, in game, for the gang over time.

While completing some missions, the player may be given a choice of options to finalize the mission. For example, the player has the option of using a gigantic bomb to demolish one of the enemy skyscrapers in the city; though they will gain a great deal of respect for the action, it will alter the city's skyline for the rest of the game and cause non-player characters to react differently to the player, while leaving the building standing allows it to be used as a headquarters for the Saints. New Activities have been introduced alongside many from previous Saints Row games, while others, such as Fight Club, are absent.

The player's arsenal is presented as a pop-up compass through which weapons are equipped with the analog stick. Novelty weapons are introduced alongside the traditional arsenal of handguns and automatic weapons. Players will gain the ability to call down airstrikes on encamped enemies, or to use a remote control electric bug to control vehicles remotely. Unlike the first two games, there are no health recovery items in favor of improving the grenade throwing system; in exchange, the player's health will regenerate at a faster rate as long as they stay out of the line of fire. Nearly all actions in the game can be sped up by holding down a second controller button, dubbed by Volition as the "awesome button"; for example, when carjacking, holding down this button will cause the player character to missile-kick (known in the game as the Bo-Duke-En, a reference to the The Dukes of Hazzard) the driver out of the seat in short order.

In addition to the single-player mode, the game can be played co-operatively with another player. As in Saints Row 2, the second player can participate in all missions and activities, earning credit for their completion. Certain activities provide different rules when a second player is present; for example, in the Tiger Escort activity, the second player will have to control the tiger in the backseat while the first player drives. Because of their focus on the single player and co-operative experience, Volition has removed the unpopular competitive multiplayer from the title. Co-op features require an online pass.

The only chapter missing may be a brief strategy guide, especially how to start; e.g. when the bank account and the respect level are yet low, and you do not yet have a bunch of homies to support you, it is probably a bad idea to interrupt a gang activity, and not every incoming phone call will lead you to a victory...
