True Game Ending

This game is one that requires a lot of saving and loading to get the best possible ending. I will not spoil what happens, however, I will confirm that there is an extra scene and a message from the creator.
I do not have all the words for each girl.
I recommend having your volume on and having head phones as well!
There are spoilers (obviously, so I recommend playing through by yourself first)

Starting the Game

Firstly, you must see all the photos of Yuri, Sayori and Natsuki, there are three each.
Play through the first day, then save under three different slots, one for each girl, when you must pick words for your poem. It’s best to save each time you pick words, just make sure you save on the right slot for each girl.
I recommend choosing Yuri first, as she is the easier one to get photos of.

Yuri Run Through

File 1

Day 2

Pick large, complex, or dark works, excluding Suicide, and unrequited; only Yuri will jump when you pick a word that she likes. Try to get at least ten words for her, I recommend 17 if you can. If you mess up then you can just reload.

Choose to show Yuri first, then Monika then Sayori then Natsuki.

Choose “Yuri”

Day 3

Pick words for Yuri (Make sure you save first just in case)

Get photo



Choose to show in the same order as yesterday.

Choose “walk with Yuri”

Day 4

Pick words for Yuri (make sure you save first)

Choose the same order (Sayori and Natsuki won’t show theirs)

Choose “Yuri”

Sunday
Once you get the photo save onto the same file as before and load a new one from the second one.

Natsuki Run Through

Day 2

Pick words that are super sweet: Pink, Kitty, Chocolate, vanilla, and ribbon are a few.

Make sure you be extra careful to watch who jumps, as Sayori has similar words. I recommend try to get 20 for Natsuki or you may get Sayori instead!

Pick words for Natsuki, once again be careful and make sure you save before hand!

Pick words like: Friendship, vacation, unrequited, suicide, smile, laugh and family. Like Natsuki, try to get just Sayori jumping!

From what I can tell, the rest of the game will not change the ending! You have very little choices with the same results. I try playing this new game for Sayori, and for Yuri, but I got the same in game results. It could have been due to my own error though.

New Game—DO NOT RESET THE GAME! Just press where “New Game” was at the top of the menu

ONLY MONIKA

Monika will reset the game with only her. You can sit with her for as long as you want she does not loop for hours so long as to have it on AUTO. When you want to continue, minimize the game and open steam.

Go to library, and right click DOKI DOKI Literature Club

Select Properties

Select LOCAL FILES

Select BROWSE LOCAL FILES…

Select Characters

Select Monika (She should be the only one)

Delete

Return to game

DO NOT EXIT!

Continue to read what she says

Eventually, you will return to the main menu

Select “New Game” To view true ending!

Stay until the Credits end and you will be given a letter.

You only need two saves because yuri's "photos" are achieveable in the post-hanging segment.

1. do the natsuki route
2. do sayori's route, but pick yuri for the festival.
3. get yuri's "photos" in the post-hanging run where yuri forces you to read with her.

I am not saying this guide is bad, but it has a lot of unneccesary steps.
