Cards Against Humanity Packs + Table

This is the combinations of two existing CAH mods, with some tweakings on my side.
Nothing is scripted, but maybe in a future update i'll try to script the table.

My personal contribution had been to add some missing recent packs, and some minor tweaking of the table. The database[docs.google.com] present on the CAH Reddit, and a CAH Card Generator[mywastedlife.com] Was used for the missing cards.
The boxes arts for the packs that i added are a shoddy Paint.Net work. If anyone can make better box arts, please open a discussion to make me aware.
