Example:
If you have 300fps constant your frame time is around 3ms. Meaning with the input lag went from 9ms to 3ms on your system.

When on 60fps your frame time is roughly 16-17ms. Meaning old input lag was around ~50ms and is now at 16-17ms.

Reduce the tracking and mouse movement record, and keys response of keyboard.

TEARING & MOUSELAG FIX

I play CS:GO in CRT capped FPS at 118 @ 118Hz on 960x720. If you use 100hz is 99 fps, 120 hz 119, etc, for less tearing and mouselag with V-Sync ON and Triple Buffer. The same thing in NVIDIA Inspector.
