Introduction
This is really just a quick guide on Cakewalk Loop Manager! This guide was created due to the lack of available information on Loop Manager at the time this guide was published.

This is just an official advert from the developer of Loop Manager.

How to run this software!
So you found this interesting looking software for free on Steam called "Cakewalk Loop Manager" and figured you would give it a shot. You let it install overnight or whatever and go to launch it the next day... and see a system folder open up on your desktop.

"Is this program bugged?"

It's not a program, and it's working as intended. More information on why this opens to a folder can be found at the link to the Author's Guide guide that I provide below.

I created this quick guide simply for a reference to those of you that found this particular steam app on my profile, as I didn't want my friends to be as baffled as I was the first time I looked at it. I had to go digging to find the official guide and no other guides were on the Cakewalk Loop Manager's official Community Hub at the time I wrote this guide. The developer has since linked his FAQ to the software's Community Hub so that it can be found by other users. If you found it (and found it useful) please rate it up!

Author's Guide
So here is the link to the Author's Guide that I mentioned in the introduction...

... read up on the program here and hit up the actual author with any questions.

I know your probly thinking that this guide is pointless because it simply points to another guide, but remember I mentioned that I had to go on a hunt to find this guide myself, as it wasn't listed in the player created guides in the Community Hub. This is the shortcut I didn't have.

I also don't plan on running a FAQ on this guide or providing much more information on it. My only goal here was to simply point people in the right direction to find the answers they needed on this particular Steam application.

Thanks for your time and please rate up this guide if you found it useful at all.

Software Availability
This software does not seem to be searchable on the Steam Store, which lead me to believe they pulled the software from Steam, rendering this guide obsolete. Then I found the software again through this guide and once this guide became relevent. This section is just giving you a heads up that this particular software isn't currently searchable in the Steam Store, so keep tabs on it. Once you have it installed in your Steam client you should be good unless you uninstall it.

Since this Software is now unlisted in the Steam Store, I linked the Software here so that you can get to it easily in the future by clicking this link instead.

Cakewalk Online
I found Cakewalk software online and wanted to share it here...

This is free audio production software that I'll be checking out to see what I can do with it.
Reviews
Another thing you might want to do is check the reviews on this software by people that actually use it effectively with other software. You can find reviews on the software by going to their store page linked above.

Submitting a Review
If you want to review this software, you'll need to log 5 minutes on the "app" to be ale to review it. Otherwise, you'll get a bright red line of Error text from steam stating something like...

"You need to have used this product for at least 5 minutes before posting a review for it (1 minutes on record)."

So if you really like this software, how do you get to 5 minutes without hitting launch over and over to try getting to 5 minutes? I figured out that this software is simply a batch file that launches a folder in windows for you, giving you access to the loops it installed on your system. If you can find the batch file that launches the folder, right click it and select Edit, then add the word "PAUSE" on the second line, and Save the file.

This is a screenshot of the Cakewalk Loop Manager program folder.

What this will do is launch the batch file as normal, then open the windows folder without closing the batch file, until you click a standard key like the spacebar to close the batch file program. Give your Steam client 5 minutes to track the time on the batch file and close it up. You can revert the batch file to normal by deleting the additional line of text, or leave it as is.

This is a screenshot of the batch file in progress.

Once you've logged 5 minutes on it, give it the review you think it deserves! If you've found this section of the guide useful, please rate it up!
