Shearpoint Manor

Description
adds a medium size house to the snowy mountains north of whiterun, comes with several unique guards (aswell as a bard and a chef) with lives, that also go on weekly raids to the giants camp nearby on Wednesdays or Middas ingame. It has an alchemy lab, a garden, an enchanting table and a dragon! and please.... dont steal from the dragon. also, there may or may not be a secret area.


all containers are non respawning and safe to store stuff in, except the barrels in the main area and kitchen. the barrels in the loft are non respawning however.

i have read the comments. Im a bit worried about the talk of crashing. So if you could please tell me when this will be fixed thank you.

I apologize everyone, my skyrim still is not working. ive researched this problem and all ive found is "change your sound settings" which i did and non of them worked. hopefully the next patch will fix it, so check back on this mod then.

alright guys, been awhile since an update.

i cant fix it right now because my skyrim for some reason wont launch. i contacted customer support and they basically told me that they had no fix but knew about the bug and were working on it. so... as soon as the patch comes out ill do my best to fix it.

manor causing my game to crash just after asking the gray beard and the otehr the location of the scroll for the dragonend shout then after that point with it activated wont let it load at all for me anyway have had to stop the mod

I have done some extensive testing, and with this mod installed I can confirm that my Skyrim has started to crash a few times... everytime on the quest: "Good Intentions" when I need to follow Ancano... after switching mods around I've found the culprit to be Shearpoint Manor... sorry about that, I hope you can get it fixed, if you do, this will get back on my list

my skyrim is having problems right now, but as soon as i get it working again ill investigate the dissapearing problem.

same here, i can only see the door.. and i cannot enter. fix? house looks very nice :)
