Restful Sleep: Werewolves & Lover Stone

Normally, werewolf beast-blood or lover stone power will prevent you from getting "restful" sleep (rested, well-rested, married-rested). This mod removes those two restrictions.

Notes

This is a carry-over from my "Get All Standing Stone Powers" mod. When you normally get the Lover Stone, it removes all "rested" buffs from you. My GASSP mod allows all stone powers, and prevents the Lover Stone from removing the current rested buffs. However, Lover Stone still prevented new rested buffs from getting added. I couldn't figure out what was causing it at the time, but I finally found the "PlayerSleepQuestScript" which controls it as well as werewolf beast-blood restriction.

I rolled this out as a separate tweak instead of adding it in to GASSP in case some folks want to use one mod or the other but not both.

Why?

Because with this mod + GASSP, you can have up to +50% faster skill learning ...

* All Guardian Stones (+20% faster learning thief, warrior, mage skills)
* Lover Stone (+15% faster learning all skills)
* Rested Sleep (+5-15% depending on Rested 5%, Well-Rested 10% or Lover's Comfort 15%)

That may be a little too abusive for some folks.

Bethesda's original purpose of the Lover Stone was to act as a permanant Lover's Comfort (in fact, when you get the stone, it remakrs about always feeling your lover's comfort). That's why Lover's Stone originally prevented rested sleep effects.

Not exactly sure the point of preventing werewolves from having rested effects. I don't play a werewolf character, so I'm not sure if they get some kind of skill learning bonus for being a werewolf.
