Production Line: How to play - Intermediate (part2)

This video build on the lessons learned during the first part and will attempt to explain the midgame of Production Line. We will be increasing output from 2 cars at 45% effieciency to 10 cars per hour at 70% effiency, adding features to our cars, checking out R&D and serving different market segments.

Introduction

Hello and welcome to part two of how to play Production Line. This video build on the lessons learned during the first part and will attempt to explain the midgame of Production Line.

During this video we will be:
• Ramping up production
• Managing sales price premium
• Setting up Research and development
• Adding features to cars to increase our profit
• Increase our productivity with new process technologies
• Serving different market segments

Basically we will be improving our factory from 2 cars per hour @ 45% efficiency to 10 cars per hour @75% efficiency .

First 4 minutes:
I load up the save game where all the improvents are already implemented and show you what to look out for.

Remaining 31 minutes:
I go back to the previous savegame and demonstrate all the steps required to obtain the end result.

Features increase your profit so get them as fast as you can.

Regarding the written walkthrough. That would take at least 12 hours to create which I currently don't have. There is no followup planned at this point, there are more popular games on my to do list.

Wish there was a written walkthrough. i'm having a hard time wrapping my brain around when the ideal time to start bringing in individual points in the vehicle build so they have extra features. No offense, i just like to get through a written version than a video version because the mechanics behind it can be explained better in written form and it will only take a quick glance to find what it is i'm looking for.

in addition: this walkthrough is a bit out of date, almost a year behind now, it could do with an update if it is possible to account for all the new stuff coming in. EA games are an ever evolving paradigm of complexity.
