Niue Football Structure

This file adds the territory of Niue as a playable nation with its own league system.
I have tried to remain as true to real-life circumstances as possible.

Leagues added:

NISA Soccer Tournament (10 Teams, 4 Rounds)
Reserves League with matching format

Leagues take place between April and November.

All known active players from Niue have been added to their respective teams.

Teams should be represented fairly accurately. However, due to a lack of available information on this front, most play with fantasy kits.

The Niuean nation replaces the Commonwealth of Soviet States, rendering this file incompatible with any file altering the C.I.S.

The Niuean FA has been made a member of OFC and FIFA for this file. Please note that this file does not allow the top clubs from the country to participate in the OFC Champion's league regardless.
