Introduction
Operation Flashpoint: Red River, the third main installment of the Operation Flashpoint series, had a DLC package published for it called "Valley of Death". It was purchaseable via the Games for Windows Marketplace prior to the termination of the Microsoft Points program and currently it cannot be purchased anywhere.

However, this content is already available in the game. As with the previous installment, Dragon Rising, which had several free DLC packages included with the updates, you'll find that it doesn't require much to enable the sliced-off missions.
Explanation
The Flashpoint game engine is actually very flexible. If one knows how to deal with the 000/nfs game archives, it's easy to notice that you don't necessarily need to repackage the largest game archives. All you need to do is pack the new files into fresh archives and put them into folders: 'dlc1', 'dlc2' and so on. The game will then inject the content in order.

I've prepared a package enabling the locked content. It contains the unlocker within a 'dlc1' folder that you need to extract into the main game folder to enable Valley of Death content.
Installation
1. Download this small file from here.[1drv.ms]
2. Extract the ofprr_patch_dlcfix.rar to your game folder.
3. Launch the game and you'll see a notification that you have access to Valley of Death.
4. Enjoy!

D_Archangel: this? Naw. This here concerns the windows version.
Is it possible to put it inside the PS3 game rather only for PC?

Anyone tried this but isn't sure? I offer this because of my experience: After following instructions and launching the game and pressing Return as prompted, the screen flashed so quickly that I couldn't tell what the game had determined regarding DLCs...but, a little while later, I noted a small white-on-red message (it went pretty quickly, too) in the upper right quadrant of the screen that "the Valley of Death DLC is installed."

If you followed directions, but aren't sure if it worked, just kill the game, relaunch, and watch the upper right of your screen for the short-lived message that I mentioned.
