Honestly for the background though, almost anything will work from explosions, to a little scene building with models, or even just a more complex and filled part of the map will work

I might recomend a one man army type of feel, kinda like an underdog. If you look at some of my posters, you need strong, varied and vibrant colors. Also as a side note, its always good to try and make every poster good for practice

1. The whole one color thing was what I was going for. But in future posters, I'll definitely try that out.

2. Yeah, but I figured it wasn't much of a big deal for the commissioner since this is a profile pic type thing.

3. Yeah, i actually tried fixing that but to no avail so I left it.

4. I usually do that but from the way I was looking at it, it seemed perfectly fine to me.

5. It was Intentional.

6. What do you recommend if I ever do something similar to this? More team members?

When I looked closer, I noticed a few major things:

1. There is really only 1 color throughout the entire poster, and the medic isnt really highlighted in any way to make him stand out from the backgorund (try changing colors a little more, give him something to fight, and color them red)

2. The shadows are very jagged, especially from the saw on his left hand

3. Notice how his right hand is over exposed on the bottom. As a general rule of thumb, dont use bottom lights, but if you do, control the brightness. Usually you want the character to have an outline, meaning you make the light facing his front darker than the ones around him.

4. Try bringing the camera out a little more and zoom in. I tend to avoid close ups like this, try including a little bit of him below the waist area.

5. I dont know if this is intentional, but hes not looking at the camera

6. Try filling up the background with stuff, it wont look good if it is empty

Hope this helps :)
