M4A2, T34 Calliope, M36 Jackson, and M4A2E8 Pack

The American WWII-era M4A2 Sherman offered superior protection to the M4A1 and M4 Shermans, with thickened frontal armor albeit at a shallower slope. The engine may have been weaker than the gas engine the M4A3 had, but it was much less prone to catching fire. The M4A2 served as the basis for quite a few specialized tanks, including the T34 Calliope, M10 Wolverine, Sherman Duplex Drive, and M36 Jackson.

The M4A2E8 was a direct upgrade to the M4A2 tank, featuring a new turret to accomodate the 76mm anti-tank gun, widened tracks, and high volute spring suspension.

The M36 Jackson was a tank destroyer based on the M10 Hull (Which, in turn was based on the M4A2 chassis), that featured an all new turret designed to carry the 90mm M3 anti-tank gun.

The T34 Calliope was an M4 Sherman with a multirocket launcher system attached to the top of the turret. A few saw service in WWII.



This is a collection of four M4A2-based tanks. They are closely scaled to a 5:1 ratio, with the cannons scaled to roughly 2.75: 1. This time around, multiple reference models were used.
Included in this package are: 1) an M4A2, 2) an M4A2E8, 3) a T34 Calliope, and 4) an M36 Jackson.
