collect shoe peices, craft shoes to be machine pressed, and then craft them into a pair 2 times.

Plumbing is good when you want to loot through other cellmates desks, you should add that to the list

Also the plumber job lets you enter rooms without guards getting mad (even outside Job Time) but it won't stop them from scolding or beating you for stealing stuff

Some things to add

Farming gives you a trowel, which can be used as a shovel (obviously)

The kitchen loot isn't completely useless, you can give it to prisoners or guards to raise their opinion of you
