"There is a Korean dev team developing and updating the version 3 for some time with brand new client and updated engine. Now it support some of the latest Unreal Engine 4 games like Lineage II: Revolution, Three Kingdoms Blade and other in full graphic quality.

The Korean version got a graphic update recently with higher internal resolution, you can see the difference in the video. It seems Vulkan only work with selected hardware like the latest models for Samsung or Apple mobile devices.
