Non omnis moriar : I believe only the kills of black count for this achievement and you do not need to restart the game you can just play all the chapter one by one and play them correctly it work as well since I did it that way, one more thing, I didn't do any red level after ending black's level without killing I did go directly to the end cinematic of the game and unlocked it, even tho in my previous playthrough as Red I killed everything bothering me, so i believe it just count what black did and not red (to get to the ending cinematic if you have ended the game just pick red's story and start the same computer you used to do the mission it is putted on the ending anyway) I hope what I wrote is precise enough so nobody bother doing all of red's mission again for no reasons. So yes in the end there is no missable achievement.
