Descripción
The Modular Sniper Rifle, or MSR, is a bolt-action sniper rifle recently developed and produced by Remington Arms for the United States Army. It was introduced in 2009, and was designed to meet specific United States Army and USSOCOM Precision Sniper Rifle requirements. The MSR won the PSR competition, and is called the Remington Mk 21 Precision Sniper Rifle in U.S. military service.

This is essentially just a reskin of ryry's MSR, running on the m9k base.

thanks to ryry for the original swep, and the sounds and model itself came from modern warfare 3.

it's on the m9k weapon base code, it isn't meant to be customizable. The Modular part is part of the gun's actual name. The Remington Modular Sniper Rifle or the acronym "MSR"

Always a fan of your weapon mods. Especially since nowadays it's hard to find a simple mod on the workshop that adds a thing that zooms in and shoots a single bullet.
