Hidden Treasure Chests In Cities!

Description
This mod adds over 20 hidden treasure in cities at the moment. Currently hidden chests can be found from Whiterun, Riften, Solitude and Markarth.

Easier chests contain around 250 gold, one greater soul gem and leveled jewelry with enchants. Greater chests will contain 750 gold, one filled grand soul gem, few empty grand soul gems and one leveled random armor and weapon.

Good luck finding them all!

I'd love to see this place go from a forgotten ruin to a bustling city, maybe one that scales with each quest for the city completed. You know, maybe only a handful of people are there, but when you come back from convincing (or failing to convince) the Jarl to not tax the area, you would find that several more people have made home there,
