Introduction
WARNING: This guide contains SPOILERS for character interactions in Stargazer. If you don't want to see spoilers, then leave now!

This is a short guide that describes how to complete the collectors quests, and how to get the character weddings in Stargazer. The weddings will all take place at the end of the game (after the final battle).
Collector Quests
Note: On the following list, the collector items are underlined, and the collector locations are in italic.
  1. To start the collector quests, talk to the first collector in Darkwing Shore. He lives in the house with a fence, near the kind of creepy guy who wants Darkwing feathers. He will give you the quest, and a letter opener to start with.
  2. Trade the letter opener to a collector in Norkeep (second floor of the inn). He will give you a rare snowflake.
  3. Trade the rare snowflake to a collector in Lovey Dovey Town (in the Inn). He will give you a bronze coin.
  4. Trade the bronze coin to a collector in Dead Man's Bay (second floor of the Inn). He will give you stylish moccasins.
  5. Trade the stylish mocassins to a collector in the Marylands (inside the guild hall). He will give you a mind controller.
  6. Trade the mind controller to a collector in Techbase Alpha (in the room that leads to the transport). He will give you a pocketwatch.
  7. Give the pocketwatch to the first collector in Darkwing Shore. This will complete the quest series, and he will give you a Shoal Pendant.
Zach and Aura
Throughout the game, there are 9 different romance items that you can purchase or earn to increase the love between Aura and Zach. After purchasing all 9 items (and all 9 items are necessary), and before leaving for the final battle, go to the summit at Norkeep in order to see Zach propose to Aura. They will then get married at the end of the game.
To see how many Love Points you've obtained between Zach and Aura, go the "Profiles" menu and click on either Zach or Aura, and look at the number next to "Love" (at the bottom of the stats).
Items
  • Butterfly Pendant - Reward for first Beautification Society quest (give to Aura rather than selling it)
  • Dog Bracelet - Reward for second Beautification Society quest (give to Aura rather than selling it)
  • Fish Earrings - Reward for third Beautification Society quest (give to Aura rather than selling it)
  • Star guide - Reward for giving ghost letter to Chester in Redpaw (give to Zach rather than selling it)
  • Astronomical Watch - Purchased in Techbase Alpha (2000 gold)
  • Snowflower - Purchased in Norkeep (1500 gold)
  • Pirate's bandana - Purchased in Dead Man's Bay (1100 gold)
  • Love heart necklace - Purchased in Lovey Dovey Town (2200 gold)
  • Shoal pendant - Reward for completion of collector quests (give to Aura rather than selling it, and ignore Thyme's complaint)
Grayson and Thyme
To get Grayson and Thyme to marry, you need to find Cupid's Arrow in the Unicorn Cave on Lovey Dovey Island. Equip it on Thyme, and make sure both Grayson and Thyme are in the battle formation. Then, have Thyme use the arrow on Grayson at least 18 times (to get their Love score up to 9). They will now marry at the end, because Grayson and Thyme have a very strange relationship.
Note: I tried having Thyme shoot Kala and Scarbeck instead of Grayson (just to see if they'd fall in love with her instead), and nothing happened. This seems to only apply specifically to Grayson (because Thyme is violent, but not fickle).
Mila and the Blackheart
The third wedding available in this game is between Mila (Kala's firewing, AKA the bird you ride around the world) and the Blackheart (the angry darkwing who wanted the aegis stone). As far as I know, this happens as a result of quests you must complete to progress in the game, so you don't need to do anything special to unlock it.
Conclusion
Thanks for reading this guide! I hope it helped you. If I got anything wrong, or if you have anything to add, please comment.

That makes sense, I just figured I'd try the Cupid's Arrow out on the other adult characters just in case.

I think that love (and weddings) is possible only between characters with Love attribute which is Aura, Thyme, Zach and Grayson and also during the cutscenes you can see little spark of love between Thyme and Grayson.
