If you're using him for DarkRP, you can change his model size with the job's model scale parameter.

Question: Is this the GTA V mod??
Answer: Look in the credits, it's the textures the mod uses and the ones they kinda of made (so I've been told). The mesh is not.

Question: How do I make the NPC bigger?
Answer: Right click him in the context menu and click "Biggify."

Question: How do I change the NPC's skin to the red one?
Answer: Right click him in the context menu and click "Skin>Skin 1."

Question: What will come with the new texture?
Answer: Proper lighting and a better portrayl.

Question: Why is the lighting messed up?
Answer: Because Garry's Mod is stupid. The model's lighting is fine in other programs (if you've seen WaterFall Film's short lighting video on this Savitar and CrimsonRenz's Savitar animation).
