Fix for No Mouse Cursor when running the Game
Run the Game in Window mode to see and use the Mouse
If you can't enable Window Mode, use the following steps so the game will always Launch in Window Mode

1.Locate and Edit SpaceSiege.ini
2.It can be found C:\Users\Username\Documents\My Games\Space Siege
3.Open SpaceSiege.ini with Notepad and Add fullscreen = false at the bottom
3.After adding fullscreen = false Save your edited file
4.Game will now run in Window Mode with the Mouse Cursor

Alternate way to get mouse to work in Fullscreen Mode:
1. Install BorderlessGaming9.5.6_admin_setup.exe https://github.com/Codeusa/Borderless-Gaming/releases/
2. Locate and Edit SpaceSiege.ini
It can be found C:\Users\Username\Documents\My Games\Space Siege
Open SpaceSiege.ini with Notepad and Add fullscreen = false at the bottom
After adding fullscreen = false Save your edited file
3. Run Borderless Gaming
4. Run Space Siege
5. Make sure to left click Space siege under Applications on the Borderless Window (Highlight
Space Siege and Left Click the right Arrow to Move Space Siege to the Favorites. Make Sure to Left
Click the Upper Box with 4 little Triangles to enable Borderless Gaming.
6. Always start Borderless Gaming First before Space Siece to allow the mouse to work each time you Play the Game!

De todas formas seguire investigando a ver si puedo de alguna manera emular el uso del sistema operativo por defecto cuando se creo el juego, y de ahi, ya sacare conclusiones mas exactas.

Imagino que puede ser por alguna actualizacion del windows 10, que ya no permite a este juego pasar al modo ventana, no queda otra que ejecutar el juego en una unidad que disponga del windows 7 o inferior para poder jugarlo.

Si, he probado las dos, y no hay manera, no se activa el modo ventana incluyendo el parametro fullscreen = false, y tampoco sirve el programa borderless.

No funciona, he probado mil maneras y actualmente es imposible poner en ventana el juego y que se muestre el cursor.

I appreciate this guide. I redownloaded this after a few years and never had this problem before. Yet another reason to regret ever going to Win11

You have to make your resolution smaller than your native for it to run in window Mode. My native resolution is 3840x2160. So to get the window mode I change it in the SpaceSiege.ini to:
width = 3818
height = 2100

Since your Native resolution is 1920x1080 try these:
width = 1900
height = 1040

or

Width = 1600
height = 900

If you get it to work just play around with the numbers to get what you feel is comfortable to you.

is the 1920/1080 my Native resolution? as in the INI?
