How to fix Helicopter dust lag.

The helicopter dust particle effects in GTA:VC can create a significant amount of lag on certain machines, even if you have a powerful gaming PC. How to get to and prepare the particle.cfg for the update.

Open up GTA:VC's properties and open the "data" folder.

Search for the particle.cfg file and open it with notepad.

Replace the HELI_DUST line with the provided script.
