Valve patched this glitch/exploit so it doesn't work anymore.

Go to the Artwork, that you want to Replace.





 

Step .2

 
 

Copy the last string of numbers in the URL.




 

Step .3

 
 

Paste the numbers in the end of this URL:

Then copy the whole URL, and paste it in your browser.
