Trick to Change Profile Language

This guides going to show a cool little trick to change all your steam profile text to any steam supported language.

Disclaimer

Since the link will only be changing the steam language, all the text that you wrote (e.g. summary or info box) or other users wrote (e.g. group names or comments) will not be changed.

Introduction

The trick uses a url to redirect the person to either your profile or their own with a changed language. All steam supported languages i.e. all languages you can set your steam language to, can be used for this. Each one requires a different value at the end of the link, as I will explain below.

This is somewhat how the end result will look (this is my profile in japanese, as I will use that language as an example):

The trick uses the following links:

- If you want others to see your profile in Japanese, use these links:

• http://steamcommunity.com/profile/YOURID/?l=japanese, where you replace the " YOURID" with your steamID64, or
  
• http://steamcommunity.com/id/YOURID/?l=japanese, where you replace the " YOURID" with your own custom id

- If you want others to be redirected back to their own accounts, use this link:

• http://steamcommunity.com/my/?l=japanese
